To whom it may concern

I haven't been posting any stuff here lately, well, not just lately but for more than a year already. And it's not like I have fans here or whatever that would miss me. I made this blog when I started reading yaoi manga and watching yaoi anime for the main reason of posting reviews about them. Despite not having a number of followers though, I have a good number of views. Also, some people commented on some of the reviews I posted.

So why am I writing a post like this you ask? Well, I haven't had any 2015 post so..lol no, really. It's just that I've been wondering what to do with this blog for months now. I haven't been reading yaoi manga and watching any anime lately. Not that there's a lot of yaoi anime out there to watch. These past months, I've been so into reading novel. And no, not  the mainstreams ones or the hetero books. I've been reading MM romance book. And I've read a lot already. I have some I really love and some I really didn't like. I also have another blog for it, for my reviews that is. Also I'm a permanent fixture on Goodreads now.

What I'm trying to say is, should I delete this blog? Because just thinking it exist somewhere in the internet world without updates just makes me sad. I don't think I'm getting back into reading yaoi manga soon or later. I have tons of MM romance novels to read on GR. It's not that there's a huge difference between the two. Both is all about men loving men. The other is just an illustrative story telling done by mangakas while the other is a written novel.

I guess, my interest just lay elsewhere.
On the other hand, I actually just bought In These Words vol. 2 because I'm still a fan of it and at last, a paperback volume is released. Well, now that I think about it, I guess it would be another entry for this blog. Not that I'm so sure of that since I have another blog but we'll see.

So yeah, that's all I guess. I haven't decided yet if I want to delete this blog or not.. Probably unlikely though but still it depends.

The Diary of Sangchul

I was so excited when the package arrived because I was looking forward to reading Sangchul’s Diary! I’ve already read the Totally Peeking side stories but since you can’t find Sangchul’s Diary on the internet, it made me so happy to be able to have a copy of it.

So concerning his diary, I WAS SO SHOCKED. OMG!! I couldn’t believe something like those happened! Sangchul’s diary started when he got assigned under Mookyul as the latter started being the boss of the Gangnam office. I was screaming so loud! I mean, *SPOILER ALERT HOLD YOUR BREATHS* Sangchul blowing Mookyul?! WTH?? Seriously!! Though I didn’t dislike it. I was just so surprised that there was something like that that happened between them. Gosh!! And in this book, you’ll know Sangchul’s real thoughts and feelings.

Also, Sangchul’s Diary talked about the real relationship between Chairman Lee and Mookyul. Reading the 6 volumes of Totally captivated left me confused of the real feelings of both character but now I’ve already understood how deep their connections were. But then, ewon’s still the best partner for Mookyul. *Of Course*
please don't mind the thumb.lol

At the last part of the book, the manhwaka explained things that were not put into the book since the publishing of it was cancelled. The first meeting of Mookyul and Chairman Lee was included too! XD Chairman Lee’s so handsome when he was still young. Lol. Totally Captivated fans should grab a copy of Diary of Sangchul manhwa for more shocking revelations! :D

Ai No Kusabi Vol. 2: DESTINY

So last august 03, I’ve got hold of a copy of Ai No Kusabi volume 2: Destiny. It was a dream come true for I have been longing deeply to have a copy of those precious books I’ve been admiring all this time. I have already read the whole 6 volumes of the story using a soft copy I have downloaded online but having the real thing was not just a mere whimsy of mine but the desire to have the physical copies on my hands. It is for my complete satisfaction.

The fact that I couldn’t gain the volume one because of its rareness thus, the price was quite out of my reach, made me settle to buy those I could afford.  After it arrived, I quickly read the volume two without hesitation, for the second time. It was as if the feelings I had the first time I read rose again and my chest was full of those warm unknown emotions. Reading it means experiencing those great ups and down of emotions and the thrill of knowing the events and the characters again.

I couldn’t count how many times I smiled, laughed, screamed and called out the names Iason and Riki repeatedly. The happiness and excitement of witnessing those fateful encounters of these two marvelous characters kept me swaying in and out of my own world. If I had not entered into this beautiful world called “YAOI” I would have not known this tale that embodied the true meaning of “the wedge of love”.
The moment I opened the book destiny, I was in deep joy that I felt like crying. Perhaps, not everyone would understand the feelings I felt but I believe that any Ai No Kusabi fan out there would undoubtedly agree with me.

As I continued to read, the phrase “Riki met Iason” made my heart cried out of passion. And I was completely swept away with the urge to reminisce this beautifully conveyed story of Iason Mink and Riki the Black. And so, with every flip of the pages and every move of my eyes as I read the story, I was under the spell of this beautiful tale of dark mysteries.

I can’t seem to patiently wait for the volume 3 to arrive on my hands. However, since I haven’t purchased the volume 1 and quickly jumped to the second volume to read, I might as well just use the soft copy I have to read it again. I am now so enthralled to read this novel again. In my opinion, there’s no doubt that “Ai No Kusabi”, just what June manga says, defined the genre.

Sadahiro Mika:PATHOS

One of the best yaoi mangas I had read, Sadahiro Mika’s Pathos is a story of three people who by each other’s existence experienced happiness but at the same time suffering. What would you do if the person you love were a vampire? Would you face death and turn into one just for that person? It might seem absurd to love someone unconditionally that the only way to be together is to become one of them. However, facing the choice you made is the hardest thing. Moreover, being with someone you love that at the same time couldn’t let go of someone else is a painful thing.

Pathos, a greek word meaning suffering or misery. This fictional story created a deep mark in me for the author, combined pain, happiness, sacrifice, love and hate in a beautiful way. One being so in loved with someone who’s in love with another. A vampire who loves a human so much yet can’t let go of his creator. A human who would do anything to be with the one he loves. A complicated yet strong three-way relationship, this is what King, Jay and Ace have. Reading this manga made me think that, if you chose the better way for someone, it could mean your happiness or your sorrow. It would mean a lot of courage and love for someone to sacrifice one’s happiness for the other and I see it as a very brave and understanding thing to do. Yet not all people can do something like that, for each of us lays a desire to monopolize and take our love just for ourselves. Just like how King felt for Jay, just like how Jay felt for Ace and just like how Ace felt for Jay. But with their situation, two vampires and a human, considering themselves as brothers, having a tight bond with each other, will they be able to have the love they so much wanted without hurting each other? It’s for you to find out!

Just what would be expected from Sadahiro Mika, the creator of Undergrand Hotel, Hai to Diamond, Mukizu Ja Irarenee, this story would touch the heart if the readers. So drown yourselves in Pathos and experience ecstasy in every thrust of their fangs!
